We have developed what we call Compassionate Accountability, which is a light and powerful structure to help you get things done. We keep you focused and in motion, intuitively and flexibly.
… Coaching!
All members have access to expertly facilitated weekly coaching calls, as well as a large library of past recorded and written coaching, including website page reviews, and other in-depth questions.
For those who want more, you can engage someone from our team for individual or group coaching. There is an additional fee for this level of support, and so you may use it regularly, or just in spots to fine-tune.
Community
Our group has been described as one of the only truly safe spaces for combining business and spirit. We use a private Facebook group where our Community gives feedback, gets inspiration, and celebrates. Friendship can be a powerful form of support.
Yet, front and center is the intention of inspired action. Every week you’ll be filling your heart. And every week you’ll be learning skills and taking steps, making consistent progress.
Spiritual Nourishment
The team and this Learning Community have diverse spiritual backgrounds. People of many different faiths, including Buddhist, Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Wiccan, Jainist, Hindu, Zoraostrian and people of no path at all have found joy in the spiritual work here.
Throughout our teachings, we demonstrate how spirit and business are intertwined, and how awareness of this can positively affect your relationship with the nitty-gritty, day-to-day details of being in business. Ultimately, we support you in stepping more fully into your authentic self, and show you how doing this allows your business to gain more clients and more money with integrity.

About Mark Silver
He’s a fourth-generation entrepreneur, raised in small business, and a trained spiritual healer, with a specialty in business healing (if you can believe that!). A designated master teacher in his Sufi lineage, he also has a Masters of Divinity. Beyond this, he is a long-term social justice activist, with a commitment to equity, inclusion, and freedom.
Since 2001, he has been integrating the nitty gritty of how to make small businesses successful, with the profound teachings of the Sufi spiritual path, in a way that is accessible to anyone, on any path, or none at all.

You set your own price. That is entirely true. We do make the request that you consider paying between $74 and $130 per month as a way to help us maintain a high level of support for all members. Yet for those living in a non-western economy, or if your food or shelter would be threatened by paying that much, you are invited with an open heart to pay less. We trust you. We just want you to fly.

FAQs
If you have no intention to ever start a business, then you’ll probably feel out of place, because the focus is on business development. 
However, if you intend to start a business, and are having trouble getting started, then the Compassionate Accountability structure, and the heart nourishment we have here may be just the thing to help you take the steps you need to get started.
There is no “holier than thou” attitude here, all are welcome, and people are at many different levels of experience and history around business.
We have poured our hearts into this community to offer a LOT of support while also making it as inexpensive as possible. We’ve seen other communities charge high prices for similar offerings, and yet we feel great about offering this at Pay from the Heart pricing.
One thing that adds a lot of hidden costs to a program are administrative costs. Someone will ask for what seems like a simple thing, like a special payment plan, not realizing that hours of administrative time can be quickly eaten up.
So, after a lot of prayer and discussion, here’s our policy for this program:
Guarantees: We guarantee to deliver what we promise. In a catastrophic situation where we are unable to deliver what we promise, and are unable to make up for it in a timely fashion, we will communicate with the community at that point, and figure out the best way to compensate for what happened.
Cancellations: You can cancel at any time, there is no commitment here, other than the commitment to your own business. Because we cannot refund payments, we ask that if you are going to cancel, that you let us know at least 3 business days before the next charge, so we can stop it in a timely fashion.
Refunds: As with cancellations, we can stop your payment at any time. Because we are offering this at pay-from-the-heart pricing to make it as accessible as possible, we don’t offer refunds.
At this point, enrollment is always open. If we reach a point where we feel the current membership needs to integrate, and the culture needs to become more solid, we may temporarily close the doors, but we don’t anticipate that happening soon.
